Nuvio Gear was founded in 2020 by a team of three engineers and Delivery service managers in Tallinn, Estonia. We spent two years seeing couriers riding the same routes, carrying the same gear, and suffering the same failures: thermal bags that lost temperature, backpacks that shredded after three months, safety vests that weren't visible enough.

So we built something better. Starting with one thermal bag prototype tested across seven cities, we iterated relentlessly until couriers told us it was the best piece of equipment they'd ever used. Today, Nuvio Gear equips over 100,000 couriers and 46+ partner companies across 18 EU countries.

We don't design for catalogues. We design for 8-hour shifts in the rain, for emergency stops on cobblestones, for sub-zero winters and 35°C summers. Every stitch, every buckle, every insulation layer is tested by working couriers in real conditions.
